Photos from Whitecap Centre grand opening
Here are a few pictures from the grand opening of the Whitecap Dakota First Nation childcare centre, operated in partnership with Preston Early Learning Centre.
The attendees included officials and representatives from the Federal Government, Provincial Government, WDFN, as well as the Saskatoon Public School Board.
