Before & After School Care

Below is the registration package needed to apply for the Before and After School Care program for the 2023/2024 school year at Holy Family, Chief Whitecap, and Holliston schools.

Please note: The B & A program at Chief Whitecap located in Stonebridge is at capacity therefore if you are applying after Aug 24, 2023 , your name will be added to a waitlist.

The registration package includes a registration form, Pre-Authorized Payment Agreement, and a void cheque/bank information. Incomplete packages will not be registered. Forms can be scanned (smartphone apps like Adobe Scan or even clear photos of the forms will work) and emailed to beforeandafterschool@prestonearlylearning.ca.
